Sap to Syrup

Sap to Syrup is the old Garside sugar Bush. Mike’s great-grandfather was the first one to farm it. Mike’s grandfather was the next to take over and then Mike’s father so I guess he’s just taking on this great tradition.

As of yet we haven’t got the Sugarbush together so stay tuned as this is the adventure were taking on now.
