Sap to Syrup
Sap to Syrup is the old Garside sugar Bush. Mike’s great-grandfather was the first one to farm it. Mike’s grandfather was the next to take over and then Mike’s father so I guess he’s just taking on this great tradition.
As of yet we haven’t got the Sugarbush together so stay tuned as this is the adventure were taking on now.
saw your video on you tube. Just wondering how much sap you got out of that dead tree, i think her name was 502! haha
