“Thompson’s Maple Products is located on scenic St. Joseph Island, in Northern Ontario, Canada.  The family owned and operated maple syrup farm has been in operation since 1977.  With a 20,000 tap operation, Thompson’s Maple Products is one of the largest maple syrup producers in Ontario.”

Mike Garside worked with Thompson’s for years.  Thompson’s is the largest organically certified maple syrup producer in Ontario. He is also the second-largest producer on St. Joseph Island.

We are very lucky to have the insight from this sugar Bush. It gives us something to shoot for.
