Mike

Mike spent 7 years working for one of the biggest Maple syrup producers in Ontario, Doug Thompson’s Maple Products. There he tapped trees, cleaned tanks and pans, added mainlines, spur lines, tap lines, repaired squirrel damage and leaks, worked on the steam system, and vacuum system.

During his time there he saw a lot of things that can come up in the bush, so he has a pretty good idea what we will be up against.
